Our New Client Process
Step One - Complete Application
So that we can get to know a bit about you, your company and your needs, please complete our application for private 1:1 services.
We will be in touch via email and direct message within 2 business days.
Step Two - Sign Service Agreement
Per our communications and assuming we’re in agreement, you’ll receive your service agreement which outlines all of the service details and payment request information.
Once signed & initial payment has been received, we are ready to get the numbers party started.
STEP THREE - CLIENT ONBOARDING
We’ll schedule your “Be Available” Day, invite your to our secure client portal, send your pre-setup homework and setup of money systems.
Note: For our “Be Available” Day, we just ask that you’re available via email, text or Voxer should we have questions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you do taxes or provide tax planning services?
No, our firm does not prepare taxes or provide tax planning services, however, we do have quite a few accounting friends that do.
We’re happy to refer you to someone on our list of trusted advisors.
I’m not using Xero. Do you use other accounting programs like QBO?
Nope. So that we can optimize our workflows, we concentrate on learning and mastering one accounting software suite and how we can integrate it with other 3rd party tech that you need to run an online business. We choose Xero Accounting as our base software.
I’m not using Xero (part 2). Will you migrate/setup my books for me?
YES. If you aren’t already using Xero, we will do a systems setup. Please note: migration/setup does NOT include retroactive (catchup) bookkeeping or cleanup.
What if my bookkeeping isn’t up to date? Can you help me?
Absolutely, when you complete the service application – let us know about any questions you have, including information about your current status with your bookkeeping.
We will outline next steps and answer your questions once we’ve had time to review the information you provide.
What is the investment for this service?
Our private 1:1 service is a 12 month retainer. There are two tiers of service.
Investment for the Foundation Package is $550 per month and for the Growth package is $750 per month.
