You’ll hear from us within 2 business days via email and text with next steps.
Step Two - Get Aligned & Signed
If it’s a match, we’ll send over your custom service agreement and first invoice.
Once signed and paid, we’re ready to roll.
STEP THREE - Onboarding
We’ll schedule your “Be Available” Day, invite you to the secure client portal, and send your pre-onboarding checklist.
Just be reachable via email, text, or Voxer while we set up your money systems.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if my bookkeeping isn’t up to date?
No worries. Many of our clients come to us mid-year or behind. If that’s the case, just let us know on your application. We’ll review your current status and may recommend a one-time Catchup & Cleanup service before starting ongoing support.
I’m not using Xero. Can you still work with me?
Can I cancel before the 12-month agreement is over?
We ask for a 12-month commitment to ensure continuity, to give us time to support your growth across seasons and to provide strategic insights. That said, if life or business circumstances shift, we’ll discuss it with care, respect and transparency.
I already have a bookkeeper. Can I switch to you?
Absolutely. We’ll guide the transition and handle communications with your previous bookkeeper or firm to make the switch smooth and stress-free.
Do you do taxes or offer tax planning?
Nope, we don’t prepare tax returns or offer tax planning. But we do make sure your books are tax-ready and can connect you with a trusted CPA from our referral network if needed.
Do you support the tools I already use? (Stripe, Gusto, ThriveCart, etc.)
Yes. We support integrations with tools like Stripe, ThriveCart, Gusto, and other apps commonly used by online service-based businesses.
